Sound Therapy

Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a gentle, evidence-based listening program designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional safety and connection.
Through carefully filtered music, SSP helps calm the body, ease anxiety, and build resilience.

Sound Therapy SSP is developed by Dr. Stephen Porges and it uses specially filtered music to gently stimulate the vagus nerve and help shift the body out of chronic stress states. It can support individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, sensory sensitivities, or emotional dysregulation.

Available as 1:1 (£50) or small group sessions (£20 p/p), both in person and online. Each session is tailored to the individual’s pace and needs, creating a safe and supportive environment for integration and healing.

Yoga and Movement

Somatic flow yoga is based on mindful movement accompanied with embodied introspection. Somatic flow is explorative and curious in nature looking to bring about awareness of body, mind and soul. Being in the body and developing your somatic (body's) intelligence takes congruent intention and regular practice. Let's explore together body's intelligence and develop long-forgotten knowing of deeper intuitive skills.

"Build thee more stately mansions, O my soul, / As the swift seasons roll! / Leave thy low-vaulted past! Let each new temple, nobler than the last, / Shut thee from heaven with a dome more vast, / Till thou at length art free, / Leaving thine outgrown shell by life's unresting sea!"
